Playa Blanca hosts two races in which handbikers from all over the globe come to compete. There’s a spectacular time trial between the Salinas de Janubio and Playa Blanca and the “Vuelta a Playa Blanca”, a 2-kilometre race around a closed circuit in Playa Blanca itself.
